Doctors always want more money for their services. One of the biggest issues in healthcare is billing. One largest added expenses is family practices don't treat anything much other than the common cold, check-ups. Big problem ... Oh you have to see a specialist for that and then 2 more doctor appointments to figure out what sub specialist. That is was people go to the ER. More direct treatment. Plus people forgot how to rub some dirt on it.
