My thoughts are as follow. This company is an abnormal really good value because of the relevance. Back in 2001 when it was founded this security didn't make sense.

Now, with cloud services becoming the norm.


PROS:

1) It is the standard (imo). We have hacks in political, bank, broker, energy, and corporate level areas of the economy.

2) Ropes and Gray protecting this company now.

3) Multiple reasons here. Largest for me are cloud services by Amazon called, "AWS" and Microsoft's "Azure." However, from my DD. I am finding more companies are jumping on these platforms and either using the service or assisting in making them.

Point being SFOR is a proper company despite its woes last quarter.


CONS:

Largest variable I see is the pending international patent(s). But that compared to when this microcap was down to $35K in cash with 2 lawsuits against Microsoft and winning? I saw that as taking the head off the snake. I see no reason not to add here. Only reason not to here is because one doesn't have a stomach for the risk of the OTC.


Personally, I haven't seen something with this much intrinsic value on the OTC. And that includes sectors like marijuana and solar. My 2 cents.
