Folks- we long shareholders did invest in this company because of it potentials. Great product. It has been said time after time and keep improving since we r anxiatly waiting for release of UF3.0. We all know NTEK mgt not sh freindly. Many times the mgt had made a huge mistakes. But what ordid they learn from their mistakes. So many times they announce we value our shareholders but with with lingering bad habit they keep us in dark. Someone is responsible foe all this and it shows do not have managerial skills. If they were transparent with shareholders we wouldn't be upset so much. Ivan had every right to resign in June the 2nd. He shouldn't get involve with this lawsuit. I would have done the same thing. Now we are here on Sunday July 23rd. What has changed since last week excluding the lawsuit. Nothing really. We r waiting for release of UF3.0, contracts, and 21 mil dollar investment. NTEK need to step up to the plate and quickly put the lid on rumors. Enough of this BS going thru IR. Keep in mind by announcing these updates this lawsuit is a change. So much will flow into company pocket. You folks need to look beyond this silly lawsuit. Ask yourself why did u invest for the first time.

Now the management need to show they are serious about this. They live in California with high property values. If they really believe in the company why not get a loan against their property and settle the lawsuit with much lower fine. This will show how serious you guys are.
