Regarding debt - has Paulson Co and other investors been made whole yet?
Pleadings claim there is a 6.8 million dollar hole they fell into.
There is also word that the SEC is earnestly investigating the mess that is CDx/MyDx - Sounds like everyone involved has been up to no good for the last 3-4 years, and this entire dumpster fire is going to end up in criminal court
