I noticed no one is inquiring what the new overall bank debt load has become with all of these acquisitions. The good news is by the end of the fourth quarter we will probably be back up to around 30M of straight bank debt. With 40 M a year in revenue.

Will Gurba turn a profit for the 4th quarter after expenses/ debt payments as claimed? Lets keep a positive attitude. Anyone care to guess about third quarter. I think break even or not quite.

Gurba will wait for the stock price to rise before initiating the bulk of the 400M in new stock dilution. People won't mind as much by then.
