Actually this issue and others should not addressed in shm. The SHM could be couple of months away. we will be destroyed by shorts due to uncertinities. NTEK please got god sake issue a truthfull SHL by Monday morning. We need to hear progress from NTEK not IR. They knew about this issue for long time and they should have prepared a SHL for release. I have not read the documents in lawsuit but I don't how much monetary is asking for and when did it happen. Was it under Jeff or someone else's?
