Firstly - How were Sanzeri and Dewalt responsible for MyDx being over $6,000,000 in debt, two years after being fired?
Secondly - California Courts do not recognize non-competes, signed or not. So what is preventing Sanzeri from starting a competing company?
For the record - never been to jail, been in the Brig for being drunk in public on shore leave, that was 30 years ago.
