I think Dr. Gulas in his deposition is referring to Ultraflix as a separate company of NTEK may be insolvent without funding since content revenues are at a trickle. Ntek I believe is still making money on its 4K film conversion unit although the unit back east involved in making apps I think is losing money judging from their quarterly reports revenue generated doesn't seem to cover salaries, rent, utilities. During previous seven weeks didn't NTEK dilute the o/s several times (over 10mm plus shares at least twice as I remember). I was hoping that was for deals but apparently if Dr. Gulas is correct its for operations if revenues are at a trickle waiting for financing. Its amazing after all the work that has been accomplish to get on platforms, up grade servers, etc. that it all comes down to funding for content to continue. If we haven't been deceived by lack of credible information, then we should have financing, 3.0, August SHM, Sept marketing, and a future. If no SHL next week to provide shareholders with something, any thing at this point after what has transpired, then the company is making a big mistake as they will have to expand their IR department to handle the flood of inquiries.
