On June 2, 2017 Dr. Gulas emails NTEK principals informing them that he has ended his relationship with NTEK and to immediately notify shareholders and stakeholders. PPS closed at .04 on June 2nd. The next seven weeks PPS continued to fall to as low as .02 and during that time I know of no information released by NTEK to inform shareholders of this occurance. No newsletters, nothing until reading the post #80608 providing copy of Dr. Gulas deposition in legal proceeding involving NTEK dated July 20th. I think news as significant as this should have been provided at request of Dr. Gulas not that it would make me sell since I'm down 97.78% anyway. What would be the point. The company should have provided a SHL in June and we deserve one in July too to provide us with a status and/or update as well as SHM date announcement even if its only to report what's pending and further report follows when more is known.
