After reading Ivan's declaration, it's clear to me that he is attempting to separate himself from the law suit, which is reasonable because he had nothing to do with it. It's also clear to me that a $21M investment could solve all of NTEK's problems including their relationship with Ivan. Let's hope the $21M investment gets finalized!
