My response from IR a while ago that the 21m would definitely be investment. Do not know what investment will be used for other than M&A activities but there will be money on the table. Could be that this is no longer on the table but I have not heard that it has been retracted and it sounds like others believe it is still out there. Remember, we still have the technology we just don't have the leadership. I vote to integrate with somebody that can lead us.
