Do you mean 21m investment or financing? This 21m will be important for M&A's. This is what will be imperative with/without Ivan. Who knows who will be casting a line out to NTEK and possible new leadership. It just drives me crazy to not know how many other outstanding legal issues NTEK has from the past and why not communicate things to SHs.
