I also agree it is hardly the time to dump shares at this point.
High risk tolerance and uncertainty is part of the game in the OTC anyway.
There also seems to be a high degree of confidence on the companies part (at least from IR's standpoint) that the financing is a go.
I could see no advantage to the company lying about it, the success of not only the company but it's employees are going to depend on it as well.
There are still enough factors to keep me in the game IMO
