If I read it correctly, everything was and is still contingent on receiving the 21 mil in financing, including share issuance and salaries for Mr. Gulas
It will certainly solve all of the issues.
It is suspicious that Longside went right after Mr. Gulas when they assumed he was in the CEO position IMO.
Wonder who is behind that.....
