NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- Nationstar Mortgage Holdings Inc. jumped 20% in premarket trades on Monday after the company said it'll pay $1.3 billion to buy $215 billion in residential mortgage servicing rights from Bank of America Corp. . Nationstar said it now expects 2013 earnings of $3.70 to $4.35 a share in 2013. Meanwhile, Walter Investment Management Corp. jumped 8% in premarket trades after the company said it'll pay $519 million for Bank of America loan servicing rights. The deal includes $93 billion of unpaid principal balance of Fannie Mae backed residential servicing assets, including related advance receivables of approximately $1 billion.
