An observant individual would have noticed that about the time he left CdxLife AlerSense was started. Hmmmm.
In all my years as a CEO never left a company without a no compete clause of some sort. A little research will show this is not the first time he has taken advantage of a company.
I am sure the lawsuit is only happening now because the company is in better financial shape to defend itself.
