What doesnt make sense to me (maybe where OWC has traction) is why wasnt the original $750k deal cancelled when they wanted to do $1 million? It seems that the original deal's default date was what caused the problem in the end, and it should have been terminated before starting the new one. The law firm seems to the responsible party with negotiation and paperwork, their failure here would appear to be the catalyst. Not sure how much of this is in writing, but a lot of the issues were dealt with by phone-dificult to prove who said what. I agree there is enough here to think the law firm will settle, as what was supposed to happen, didn't, and I dont think a court will agree that they wern't contributory to what happened.
