Anybody know of similar cases in the past where other medical centers or universities asked to conduct thier own studies on a drug still in PHASE studies like KEVETRIN is now ?

Also in the case of KEVETRIN they are not going to conduct the exact same PHASE I as what is at DANA-FABER , so its like a totally new PHASE I and they would not be concidered the same collectively, I would think. Not that there is anything wrong with that , just finding different applications quicker but each would have to get a seperate FDA approval if I understand it right.
