EFLN...as of right now there is an extremely slight bullish divergence on the OBV, but with the volume as low as it is it's meaningless. If/when volume comes in i think it runs back up to the .0015/.0017 range. News could send it into the mid .002's. Also depends on what CDEL and VNDM have as both are sitting on the ask at .0011 and .0018. In other words, i don't know.
