Well it has taken much longer than thought, But their has not been any pumping of this from company, it's not their style.
The last 10k shows that their are 350 MW of projects now, from the initial 126MW with 100MW shovel ready and diversification into solar.
Chinese financing of 1.2 billion was found. They have loaded the shell into the chamber for the shot that will be heard on wall street
The industry standard is 2million per MW for construction, What else is hiding behind the scene for projects? (Math)
They did increase the OS 24 million with 9 mill going to CEO and 15mill for expenses secured by related entity.
