Fred Sommer is working at KHovanian Homes now as I think everyone already knows. Here is his email address:

I emailed him and got no response. I would encourage everyone else to email him who hasn't - maybe if enough people bug him, he will respond. Also, he works at a new development called Columbia Park. The office number is:
