Assuming this interview was done months ago, the results should be published anytime..as she said..in a few months....during the interview...so anytime the study results could drop.
As you mention this could be a big help!
I really believe more and more that a JV or outright buyout is the way this will go.
OWCP is not equipped to do everything that needs to be done on their own.

They are a research and development company first and foremost.

Partnering and so forth with an established biotech etc. would make perfect sense.
