Good link you posted. I don't trust the medical industry or big pharma, but that not mean I don't use them. My mother had stints put in her arteries to her kidneys. I brought her in a 7AM, out at 5PM. that is amazing. My father was dying of lung and bone cancer. He found out about it in February, had radiation in June and was losing in in November, much trouble walking and had to communicate with. A doctor who was a neighbor of my niece thought another round of radiation would do him well. Radiation 4 weeks in December, die January 26th. That last bout of radiation did no good, would never advise anybody in that bad of shape to do it again. My childhood family doctor had the exact same cancers as my father, less than a year later. he refused all treatment and live about as long as my father.

So, I have seen good and bad. I repeat, I don't trust them, but use them. Without diabetes medication I'd be dead.
