No, but it is hardly meaningful either. Robin Curtis is likely a consultant looking to get paid like all of the other consultants and vendors. Somewhere there has to be a company willing to actually buy a machine and pay everybody.

Mentioning zooming and permits seems to be common because it is something most people understand and hence gives the illusion of progress being made. Truth is they are very simple items in the overall scheme of things.
