The Amarantus website now shows a new address: 953 Indiana St. It is a shared facility and incubator for biotech start-ups:

Also it shows phone as "being updated". It also now shows a Lab address as Avant's address in Maryland. Avant is now shown as a "strategic partner" on SeD's website. Not sure what constitutes a partner since SeD hasn't actually invested any money into Avant.
