RIBT Listened to the CC yesterday, a special CC about their sale of Healthy and Natural, food processing plant. Interesting call!! The new CFO, Brent Rystrom is very impressive.
Key points:
1. They have some customers, possible new customers and suppliers who have been concerned about their financial health. The got some good feedback and it should help sales going forward.
2. EBIDTA positive in 15 to 30 months. This new management team has so far proven to be honest.
3. Management bonuses will be based on performance. The old management kept writing down failed warrants, not ethical, in my opinion. Legal yes. Glad John Short is gone.
4. They had more professional callers than in a long time, money men from various firms. This deal generated a lot of interest. My unprofessional opinion is the stock continues upward for a while. Nice touch to even have the CC. The Q2 CC will be in mid August.
