Heddle marine is on leased land
Now that PTO is his, as ceo he can sure iron out his salary requirements, plus have some land of his own.
Especially if he can keep things pumping with MOU and DAs (never see that stuff in the real capital markets) with only the most vague, sketchy information that constantly die on the vine with never a mention.
Pretty good work if you can do that for 4 years running while freely admitting all operations are suspended while only liquidation (very poorly managed imo) has occurred over that time, in order to fulfill the aforementioned salary requirements!
