The Courts grant rights when you file for an admiralty claim. I realize they sued their previous partner and won, but I wouldn't say they had rights to the area.
Page F-22 of the 10K discussing the claim is clear as mud too. Regardless, Kyle said in the paid promo they didn't have it.
If they didn't have rights in April, how did they have them in January as the article says?
