Got off the phone with CFO Robert Reynolds...
*He told me that they have been diligently working to get the company compliant.
*They have hired an audit firm and shareholders will see filings in 2 WEEKS
*CEO & CFO have invested over $300k of their money to get this company compliant with sec again..
*They found Ore....
*Formal Updates coming very soon.. he thanks shareholders for their patience but we will all be rewarded for our loyalty
*No shares to hit market
*MOST IMPORTANTLY THEY DONT NEED FUNDING atm...
