With capital you can build a prototype using stockholder money. Eventually you have got to ship a product out the door to a "real" customer willing to pay your asking price for your product. If the price is too high that will never happen. Return on investment is the fuel of manufacturing. Only the government can afford to economize no matter the cost. Energy cost is dropping faster than Prom Dresses. You decide.
