1st of all yes the 10K was released member this many new institional investors in this play
2. Friday didnt sank because like all MM they know something or waiting.
3. 10K doesnt specific itself when the date is?
4. CFO, CEO and other counter parts putting high figures is a clear indications
5. Do not get trap by bashers
6. Member, this stock is a win bc Euro, England and now USA. Its starting a trend, A BIG trend here in usa.
7. 8K was released and now 10K ... read carefully what it says not later than 2018.
8. RS does go thru it ruin the value of the company, as well no JV, no buyout or even extensions
9. If No RS, 180 days of extension to file with SEC to keep this in NASDAQ. So please dont worrh.
