No Ray, the CEO is still working. He didn't taken a multi-million dollar shareholder funded parachute and retire like other scam penny stocks we know of.
Someone is angry because he spent two years pumping a stock and the CEO diluted millions of dollars and retired and he is left with a declining, diluted stock.
Not sure why he's whining here though.
