DECN- Raising cash through equity is not the only option to avoid a low ball 0.30 ish offer. They could go to JNJ and settle for say 50 million or so, sure much less they really deserve to pay but that would change the situation. There are other options as well, go the big boxes and make a deal, go to the likes of say a Perrigo and do a license deal, etc. So there are options that would dramatically raise the price although they may not be able to get as good of a deal being that they need it done soon. Any number of things could get this above $1.00 per share and then they can deal from strength.
