Morning, to answer the question about arresting the drug dealers, a few observations.
The small time drug dealers?
The drug importers
The money launderers
A BRIEF DISCUSSION
Small time dealers and users are arrested all the time and fill many for profit prisons.
Drug importers, CIA probable is largest drug dealer, read Mena Arkansas Clinton ,Bush narco money
Bank Launderers, HSBC biggest admitting guilt today.
Then you have big pharma sponsoring 90 plus deaths a day through opiod abuse.
Question for the Poem
If stiffer penalties make drug prices rise , then profits increase , then the bad guys make more money per unit, then their incentive to expand business is increased and business expands. OR. Decriminalize, legalize, educate , regulate, tax and Darwins law ( the weak get culled)
