A couple of points in reply:

Preselling would be illegal because sellers would have to know something and act on it.

There was no volume recently to bear out your theory.

Stock price appreciation? This and most penny stocks have been beaten down for so long by manipulators that it's amazing to see one move up.

Many brokerage firms will not trade a stock that's under a dollar or five dollars. They want to control what you can buy and pinksheets don't fit their plans.

If someone is going.to buy the patents for the price then we're off to the moon, not just the races.
