Pluto, so what you are saying at .25/share offer DECN is going to off load it for $25MILLION?
I do hope DECN hires an independent person to assess the company's worth before they decide in taking a low ball offer.
Isn't it the BOD fiduciary duty to create value for the company?
I've been here for a while not as long as some but I consider myself a long term shareholder seeing it trade at .04 right up to little over a $1.00 when DECN was still in litigation with JNJ and only having one product to offer the marketplace. Fast forward to present day and acknowledging all that has happened i.e.. CA/ USPTO court wins, multiple product expansion and sales into the market, $17 MILLION CONTRACT, I would surmise .25 a share payoff present day seems very low to me. I hope all who have weathered this investment get a fair shake. Only time will tell and good luck to all!
