Anyone can lower there cost basis by adding, the price hasn't responded much yet. Everyone knows the future value is much more than the current price but that's not how the world works. The buyers recognize this and hopefully some other entity will as well. Need a competitive situation or we will not get near the real value. I expect another entity will step in but I am not holding my breath.
