I think you need to divide the potential suitors into four categories.
1. suitors who would view DECN and its products as a strategic move
2. suitors who would view DECN as an easy mark and rush in before the word gets out on GenPrecis
3. funds who would buy and flip
4. funds who would buy and then sell off the parts
