You projected a range, and the price is in that range, so that is what I was judging by.

The offer to sell suggests that other patents are available for sale as well, so the sale price could rise. And, there is always the possibility of a bidding war!

It was just great to see someone nail a projection from available data. I can't wait to see what you extrapolate next.
