It is a very opportunistic move from the suitor:
-all uncertainties cleared w J&J
-sales are going to pick up significantly but current base is low
-sp is extremely extremely cheap
Valuation: They will get an investment bank (small cap one focused one) involved here. However, DCF is a very tough one on this as it will involve a lot of assumption on sales and future financials. It will all boil down who wants this more, a strategic will end up buying DECN in my opinion.
