MM can manipulate any OTC stock because it is an OTC stock.
They can care less about the product or the companies chance for success in most cases.
To the mainstream investment community OTC stocks are all scams or potential scams because so many of them are.
Hence they treat all of them the same.
They figure anyone dumb enough to invest in them deserves to have their money taken.
And that's exactly what the MM try to do....they have a whole chat site dedicated to it (the site that shall not be named.)
