I am not familiar with u508 but dropping the low dose cohort a = a 71% score and puts B in direct competition vs biologics. This could get very interesting very quickly!

Review slides again, but drop cohort a - the low dose
slide 14 without cohort a - clinical remission about 71%!!!
Endoscopy subscore ≤ 1 about 71%
No Bleedig - 100%
Stool Frequency - 100%
slide 16 Short Inflammatory Bowel Disease Questionnaire [SIBDQ]
90% greater than 10 point change
55% greater than 20 point change
slide 17 Rectal bleeding - 100% no bleeding at 6 weeks!!!!
above is with cohort a dropped....
slide 18 - No serious adverse events!!
slide 20 - many subjects had "short" contact time and it still worked well!!!
I am pleased to say the least! If my analysis is incorrect, please let me know! Is this infringing on biologics responses? I think BP will be very interested!!!
slide 12 also plugged fact $IPIX followed accepted methodology
Note:
Treatment duration similar to FDA registration trials for UCERIS®
that showed 2mg rectal foam (foam enema) achieved modest remission of distal ulcerative colitis
at six weeks (42 days).
