I don't have any guesses except I expect sales to be better than last year's second quarter. I hope they are significantly better but have no idea. If we even make it that far, there's already an offer and that could trigger other offers or deals. I'm sure before an offer was made there was an in depth discussion about sales, new products and the pending settlement. So they know more than we do at this point.
