I think....AND THIS IS JUST ME THINKING.. THE DELAY IS ALL AROUND AN "NDA" with a partner..or Partners... That is me of course "ONLY" but I THINK 3.0 is ready... we have or are waiting on someone...or something else... That is MY THOUGHT only!! I ALSO KNOW THAT SOME HATE MY SPECULATIONS!!! but that is my depleted 1/2 cent.....
