Question? Looking over the Kevetrin patent more indepth.

Wouldn't the Prurisol application need to amended to take into account the changes (advances) that Dr. Reddy's has made to the synthesis process? and who would have rights to this? I am assuming cellceutix because Dr. Reddy's is a contract employee.

Any one have any idea?
