I was "jailed" on ihub for questioning why Janice showed up like that as soon they got suspended. I firmly believe there is absolutely a reason for it, not coincidence. I will go as far as to say Janice was the one who called the SEC to help get this suspended but those are just my theories, i have no proof to back this up obviously. They were not current or up to date with filings , non registrant with SEC etc, but recent Pr's indicate they were working on it, even hired outside agency for audited fins. Not saying its not a scam, it very well could be, but right now there's as much proof its a scam as it is not a scam.
