Re: NoSheepleHere #19269
With a company with early stage revenue, future or projected revenue is really nothing more than a guess. It is also a trap that people are setting. If we give a low number, people will complain that it is too low. If we give a high number, people will complain that it is unattainable. The request for projected revenue based on small and newly derived revenue is just a thinly veiled attempt to create a situation in which criticism can flourish, right or wrong. I'd rather focus on early sales.
As we develop and increase sales, we will be able to provide accurate revenue projections, but not now. I can say that initial sales of bikes in Florida only, have exceeded my expectations. The other bikes are coming into Long Beach Harbor this Friday, so we will see how sales go in other regions of the country. I am optimistic that in the long run, the Onebot will be a big success. As we get revenue from all regions, we will disclose that.
The reason we tweet about bikes and trikes is that we have achieved revenue from those products and anticipate significantly more revenue. These are products in which we see a substantial market. Our job is to generate revenue for the company, whether it's from bearings, bikes or bananas, so therefore, we are pursuing these opportunities. We need revenue and will consider all legitimate opportunities to obtain it, in any product or service line in which we are competent.
