The best part is the idiots writing about how 60 billion shares are going to be sold. They are obviously to stupid to do the math. At these prices that is 42 Million dollars in shares sold. The company does not have 42 million in debt. I think the filing was around 600k. No matter how bad their debt deal there is no way the debt holders get 70 times their money back.
The 60 billion is an accounting practice which is standard and also ridiculous. It is impossible for that to happen...ever.
