I would suggest that you email David Furst at MEDIQ and see if he will verify it. I agree with you that it is hard to believe he would come out with those kind of statements. If he did he needs a knuckle sandwich for being the knuckle-head of the year.

I spoke with Jeff Smurlick yesterday morning and he too was surprised by the statements made. When I emailed him in the afternoon to find out if he had informed Amir at OWCP, his unedited reply was as follows: "yeah I made him aware, he is not happy that's the German company said what they did but those are probably realistic timelines and my advice was keep pushing hard and doing what they do I think the end result will be a good one".

Whether the statements were true or not, I think that an official response is probably in order.
