I was a buyer of OWCP today, my order filled within a couple of seconds and i got what i wanted at my price.
As to finished goods inventory, my guess is OWCP has little or no inventory given they are a research company and will probably job out that aspect of their business or have a venture partner(s) manufacture, package, sell.....
